Breaking News - The Writer is Editing

Sorry, my bad. Bad for not posting a recent blog. I do have a good reason though. I'm in the editing process of my latest book, called Alice. Partner and myself perform this necessary function ourselves. It is time consuming as when you go through what I have written, you find and correct dropped words or grammatically errors. I find that when I review a work, a section where the story was going is not explained properly requiring rewriting. All of this takes time and patience. So I'm busy going through this process. My goal is to eventually write well enough that errors are far less, requiring less time to get through the editing process. That takes time. I figure after 500,000 words, my writing will be much better. Thus far, I'm only two-third through reaching one half million words. As I have heard in the past, the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.
